SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $519,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for cost and administrative expenses associated with the Healing Beyond Harm program. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $519,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to Department of Corrections for cost and administrative expenses associated with the Healing Beyond Harm program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
