    Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities and community colleges in Illinois. Provides that the governing board of each public university shall report to the Board of Higher Education by the 11th day after the start of the academic year specified student enrollment data. Provides that the Board of Higher Education shall post the student enrollment data on its Internet website. Provides that the governing board of each community college district shall report to the Illinois Community College Board by the 11th day after the start of the academic year specified student enrollment data. Provides that the Illinois Community College Board shall post the student enrollment data on its Internet website.

1    AN ACT concerning education.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by 
5adding Section 180 as follows:
 
6    (110 ILCS 305/180 new)
7    Sec. 180. Enrollment reporting.
8    (a) The Board of Trustees shall report to the Board of 
9Higher Education by the 11th day after the start of the 
10academic year all of the following student enrollment data:
11        (1) The number of students enrolled at the start of 
12    the previous academic year.
13        (2) The number of students enrolled full time at the 
14    start of the previous academic year.
15        (3) The number of students enrolled at the start of 
16    the current academic year.
17        (4) The number of students enrolled full time at the 
18    start of the current academic year.
19        (5) The number of students enrolled in online learning 
20    at the start of the previous academic year.
21        (6) The number of students enrolled in in-person 
22    learning at the start of the previous academic year.
23        (7) The number of students enrolled in online learning
