| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3157 on page 2, |
| 3 | | line 22, by inserting after "pool." the following: |
| 4 | | "The Treasurer may not receive funds from a not-for-profit |
| 5 | | organization that expends any of its funding to: (1) advocate |
| 6 | | for discrimination against any categories of people who are |
| 7 | | protected under the Illinois Human Rights Act or (2) impede |
| 8 | | persons from safely accessing reproductive health care as |
| 9 | | defined by the Illinois Reproductive Health Act that includes |
| 10 | | advocating for limitations on reproductive health care or by |
| 11 | | providing misleading information about abortion.". |
