1 | | AN ACT concerning property. |
2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State |
5 | | of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in this |
6 | | Act, the Department of Transportation, on behalf of the State |
7 | | of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to the |
8 | | Countryside Fire Protection District a quit claim deed to |
9 | | 26780 N IL ROUTE 83 LONG GROVE 60047 (EX E 663.77FT S 393.71FT) |
10 | | SW1/4 NW1/4 36-44-10. |
11 | | Section 10. The conveyance of real property authorized by |
12 | | Section 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities, |
13 | | existing public roads, and any and all reservations, |
14 | | easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of |
15 | | record. |
16 | | Section 15. The Department of Transportation shall obtain |
17 | | a certified copy of the portions of this Act within 60 days |
18 | | after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment |
19 | | required by Section 5, if any payment is required, shall |
20 | | record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the |
21 | | County in which the land is located. |
