AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2626

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2626 on page 10,
3immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:
4            "(A-5) In anticipation of the successful
5        completion of a problem-solving court, pre-plea
6        diversion, or post-plea diversion program, a petition
7        for expungement may be filed 61 days or more before the
8        anticipated dismissal of the case. Upon successful
9        completion of the program and dismissal of the case,
10        the court shall review the petition of the person
11        graduating from the program and shall grant
12        expungement if the petitioner meets all requirements
13        as specified in any applicable statute."; and
 
14on page 109, lines 6 and 7, by changing "under item (iii) of
15subparagraph (B)" to "per subparagraph (A-5)"; and
 
16on page 112, lines 4 and 5, by changing "under item (iii) of
