SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Amends an Act making appropriations, Public Act 103-0006. Provides that $10,000,000 (rather than $2,000,000) shall be appropriated from the State Police Revocation Enforcement Fund to the Illinois State Police for grants to law enforcement agency task forces for participating in programs to help reduce crime. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. “An Act making appropriations”, Public Act 103-0006, is amended by changing Section 100 of Article 65 as follows:

Section 100. The sum of $10,000,000 $2,000,000,
or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Police
Revocation Enforcement Fund to the Illinois State Police, for grants to law
enforcement agency task forces for participating in programs to help reduce
crime.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
