SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $578,000 to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for costs associated with the Creating Healing of Inside Community Educators program at Pinckneyville and Menard Correctional Centers. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $578,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for costs associated with the Creating Healing of Inside Community Educators program at Pinckneyville and Menard Correctional Centers.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
