SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
AN ACT making appropriations to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for the their ordinary and contingent expenses in the fiscal year beginning July, 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $4,514,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023.
Section 10. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for the purpose of making pension pick up contributions to the State Employee’s Retirement System of Illinois for affected legislative staff employees for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
