SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $16,358,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to Independent Living Centers. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services:
REHABILITATION SERVICES BUREAUS
GRANTS-IN-AID
Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For grants to Independent Living Centers....... $16,358,900
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
