Amends the Airport Authorities Act. Expands the corporate limits of the Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority to all of McLean County. Provides that, after the expiration of the terms of the at-large members of the Commission of the Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority, the at-large members may be appointed from anywhere within McLean County.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Airport Authorities Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 2.7.3 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (70 ILCS 5/2.7.3 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 2.7.3. Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority. |
| 8 | | (a) On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 9 | | 103rd General Assembly, the Bloomington-Normal Airport |
| 10 | | Authority is expanded to include all of the territory within |
| 11 | | the corporate limits of McLean County. |
| 12 | | (b) After the expiration of the terms of the at-large |
| 13 | | members of the Commission of the Bloomington-Normal Airport |
| 14 | | Authority who are members on the effective date of this |
| 15 | | amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly, the at-large |
| 16 | | members may be appointed from anywhere within McLean County.
