AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2320 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2320 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
 
4    "Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended  by 
5changing Sections 1-2.1-1 and 1-2.2-1 as follows:
 



6    (65 ILCS 5/1-2.1-1)



7    Sec. 1-2.1-1. Applicability. This Division 2.1 applies 
8only to
 municipalities that are home rule units and to 
9non-home rule municipalities that adopt the provisions of this 
10Division.
