1    AN ACT concerning government.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  



 
4    Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural 
5Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized 
6to execute and deliver to Lake County, a body politic 
7organized and existing under the laws of the State of 
8Illinois, for and in consideration of $1 paid to said 
9Department, a quit claim deed to the following described real 
10property, to wit:
 
11    PARCEL 1:


12    That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 
13    44 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in 
14    Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on 
15    the Illinois Coordinate System, NAD 83(2011) East Zone, 
16    with a combination factor of 0.9999453206, described as 
17    follows:
18    Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northwest 
19    Quarter of said Section 9; thence on an Illinois 
20    Coordinate System NAD 83(2011) East Zone bearing of North 
21    0 degrees 33 minutes 15 seconds West along the east line of 
22    the Northwest Quarter of said Section 9, a distance of

17    Section 10. The conveyances of real property authorized by 
18Section 5 shall be made subject to:  (1) existing public 
19utilities, existing public roads, and any and all 
20reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and 
21restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if 
22said real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it 
23shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural 
24Resources.

1    Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain 
2a certified copy of the portions of this Act within 60 days 
3after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment 
4required by Section 5, if any payment is required, shall 
5record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the 
6county in which the land is located.
 
7    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
8becoming law.
