| 4 | | Section 5. The Limited Liability Company Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 45-55 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 45-55. Process; service on a foreign limited

| 8 | | liability company. Service of process on a foreign limited

| 9 | | liability company shall shall be made as provided in |
| 10 | | subsection (b)
