SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Early Childhood for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $13,172,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Early Childhood to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
