| 1 | | AN ACT concerning property.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State |
| 5 | | of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in this |
| 6 | | Act, the Department of Transportation, on behalf of the State |
| 7 | | of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to the |
| 8 | | Village of Forest Park an easement of the following real |
| 9 | | property in Cook County: on the southeast corner of Des |
| 10 | | Plaines Avenue and Industrial Drive in the Village of Forest |
| 11 | | Park, the Township of Proviso beginning at the northern tip of |
| 12 | | the easement and spanning 50 feet south on Des Plaines Avenue.

| 13 | | Section 10. The easement of real property authorized by |
| 14 | | Section 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities, |
| 15 | | existing public roads, and any and all reservations, |
| 16 | | easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of |
| 17 | | record.

| 18 | | Section 15. The Department of Transportation shall obtain |
| 19 | | a certified copy of the portions of this Act within 60 days |
| 20 | | after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment |
| 21 | | required by Section 5, if any payment is required, shall |
| 22 | | record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the |
