SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Department of Commerce and Opportunity from the General Revenue Fund for the implementation of information technology and staffing provisions under the Business Assistance and Regulatory Reform Act. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the implementation of information technology and staffing provisions under the Business Assistance and Regulatory Reform Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
