| 7 | | oxygen"; and

| 8 | | on page 12, line 18, by deleting "person"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 12, lines 25 and 26, by replacing "the school district, |
| 10 | | public school, charter school, or nonpublic school" with "the |
| 11 | | school district that provides special educational facilities |
| 12 | | for children with disabilities under Section 14-4.01 of this |
| 13 | | Code".
