| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Architectural, Engineering, and Land |
| 5 | | Surveying
Qualifications Based Selection Act is amended by |
| 6 | | changing Section 55 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (30 ILCS 535/55) (from Ch. 127, par. 4151-55)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 55. Firm performance evaluation. Each State agency |
| 9 | | shall evaluate the
performance of each firm upon completion of |
| 10 | | a contract. That evaluation
shall be made available to the |
| 11 | | firm who may submit a written response, with
the evaluation |
| 12 | | and response retained solely by the agency. The evaluation
and |
| 13 | | response shall not be made available to any other person or |
| 14 | | firm without the consent of the evaluated firm and is
exempt |
| 15 | | from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
