Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates various amounts to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Appropriates the amount of $164,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for public defender training. Appropriates the amount of $585,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center. Effective July 1, 2024.
