2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
3 | | to learn of the death of Mary L. Wright, who passed away on |
4 | | July 14, 2022; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Mary Wright was born to Bunester Robinson Nichols |
6 | | and William Nichols in Chicago on October 15, 1941; she |
7 | | graduated from Wendell Phillips High School; she later married |
8 | | James E. Wright, and they had two daughters; she was a |
9 | | long-time resident of Maywood, living there for over 40 years; |
10 | | and
|
11 | | WHEREAS, Mary Wright worked as a kitchen manager for Red |
12 | | Lobster for 20 years; and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Mary Wright committed to her faith at an early |
14 | | age; she enjoyed spending time with her family, laughing, |
15 | | joking, and having a great time; and
|
16 | | WHEREAS, Mary Wright will be remembered for her soft and |
17 | | giving heart as well as her feisty attitude; and
|
18 | | WHEREAS, Mary Wright was preceded in death by her parents; |
19 | | her husband, James; and her daughter, Tabitha; and
