Amends the Toll Highway Act. Provides for the creation of a full-time webmaster position for the purpose of updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority's website. Provides that the Authority shall develop a system for automatic enrollment into the Pay By Plate program for Illinois I-PASS account holders.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Sections 8.6 and 19.2 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 8.6. Toll Highway Webmaster. The Toll Highway |
| 8 | | Authority shall employ a full-time webmaster for the purpose |
| 9 | | of updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Authority's |
| 10 | | website to ensure that the website is functioning properly and |
| 11 | | loading within a reasonable time.
