Amends the Aid to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Human Services to increase the sheltered care rates in effect on June 30, 2021 by 5%. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 3-2.6 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 3-2.6. Sheltered care rates. The Department of Human |
| 8 | | Services shall increase the sheltered care rates in effect on |
| 9 | | June 30, 2021 2008, by 5% 10%.
