SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations to the Office of the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Office of the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor for the objects and purposes hereinafter named to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022:
