7 | the payment required by the Section or Sections, if any | ||||||
8 | payment is required, shall record the certified document in | ||||||
9 | the Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is | ||||||
10 | located.

11 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
12 | becoming law.
