| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate the 2021-22 St. Andrew |
| 4 | | Grade School boys and girls basketball teams, the Bulldogs, on |
| 5 | | each team winning the 2022 Chicago Catholic Youth League |
| 6 | | Championship; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Both the boys and girls teams had perfect records |
| 8 | | in the 2021-22 season; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, From 4th grade through 8th grade, with the 7th |
| 10 | | grade season lost to COVID 19, the St. Andrew boys basketball |
| 11 | | team was 55-1 in Chicago Catholic Youth League play and won the |
| 12 | | Chicago Catholic Youth League Championship each of the three |
| 13 | | years it was played; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, From 4th grade through 6th grade, with the 7th |
| 15 | | grade season lost to COVID 19, the St. Andrew girls basketball |
| 16 | | team, divided into two squads, had a combined record of 69-11 |
| 17 | | in Chicago Catholic Youth League play; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, The boys basketball team was coached by Kevin |
| 19 | | Bruno, Ryan Kroth, and Brian Daly for the 4th through 6th grade |
| 20 | | seasons; and
|

| 2 | | Elizabeth Bordes, Sean Buino, Dan Bansley, and Bill Reap for |
| 3 | | the 4th through 6th grade seasons; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, The boys 8th grade team was coached by Kevin |
| 5 | | Bruno, Ryan Kroth, and David Rivers; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, The girls 8th grade team was coached by Marpray |
| 7 | | Monson and Phil English; and

| 8 | | WHEREAS, The St. Andrew boys basketball team members are |
| 9 | | Brendan Bruno, Jack Colbert, Liam Daly, Declan Doyle, Nick |
| 10 | | Kelly, Kai Kroth, Owen Lawler, Ethan McAlpine, TJ McDonagh, |
| 11 | | Tom Mewborn, Quinn Roberts, Liam Scanlan, Jack Stenander, and |
| 12 | | Cole Turner; and
