| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 3 | | HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 4 | | we urge Central Management Services (CMS) to do an audit of |
| 5 | | office spaces and usage in State regional buildings throughout |
| 6 | | Illinois to determine whether controls are in place to |
| 7 | | effectively manage the State's space needs and associated |
| 8 | | costs and to determine whether the State is using the public |
| 9 | | space efficiently and effectively in order to best serve the |
| 10 | | interests of the government and to move those State buildings |
| 11 | | forward economically, environmentally, and in relation to |
| 12 | | security; and be it further
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, That we urge CMS to allocate the necessary funds |
| 14 | | for building maintenance and repairs; and be it further
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | delivered to CMS.
