SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $68,238,000 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University to meet its operational expenses. Appropriates $10,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University for scholarship grant awards from the sale of collegiate license plates. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $68,238,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
Section 10. The amount of $10,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College and University Trust Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University for scholarship grant awards from the sale of collegiate license plates.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
