SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,148,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for its operational expenses. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. For the purpose of this Act, the term “operational expenses” includes the following items:
(1) Personal Services;
(2) State Contributions to Social Security;
(3) Contractual Services;
(4) Travel;
(5) Commodities;
(6) Printing;
(7) Equipment;
(8) Telecommunications Services; and
(9) Operation of Automotive Equipment.
Section 10. The amount of $1,148,200, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for its operational expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
