SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $9,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for administrative fees associated with implementing emergency telehealth services for all persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are receiving services under the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $9,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for administrative fees associated with implementing emergency telehealth services for all persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are receiving services under the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
