Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act. Provides that the Department of Agriculture shall adopt rules establishing a conservation practitioner pesticide license to be issued under the Act. Effective January 1, 2023.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Pesticide Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 12.5 as follows:

| 6 | | (415 ILCS 60/12.5 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 12.5. Conservation practitioner pesticide license. |
| 8 | | The Department of Agriculture shall adopt rules establishing a |
| 9 | | conservation practitioner pesticide license to be issued under |
| 10 | | this Act.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January |
