SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $4,959,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services to make grants to assist the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $4,959,600, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services to make grants to assist the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
