Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Provides that for all minimum course requirements under the Act, up to 25% of the total hours may be provided online for related theory courses and a portion of related practicum courses.

Technology Act of 1985 is amended by adding |

| 8 | | Sec. 1-14. Online curriculum hours maximum. For all |
| 9 | | minimum course requirements under this Act, up to 25% of the |
| 10 | | total hours may be provided online for related theory courses |
| 11 | | and a portion of related practicum courses. This Section is |
| 12 | | subject to the rules of the Department.
