Amends the Veterans and Servicemembers Court
Treatment Act. Provides that each judicial circuit shall report to the General Assembly on or before January 1 of each year: (1)
the number of Veterans and Servicemembers Courts established in the circuit; (2) the number of participants each Veterans and Servicemembers Court had
during the preceding year; (3) the number of participants who completed the program successfully
during the preceding year; and (4) the number of participants who did not complete the program successfully
during the preceding year.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Veterans and Servicemembers Court

| 5 | | Act is amended by adding Section 40 as follows:

| 6 | | (730 ILCS 167/40 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 40. Reporting requirement. Each judicial circuit |
| 8 | | shall report to the General Assembly on or before January 1 of |
| 9 | | each year: |
| 10 | | (1)
the number of Veterans and Servicemembers Courts |
| 11 | | established in the circuit; |
| 12 | | (2) the number of participants each Veterans and |
| 13 | | Servicemembers Court had
during the preceding year; |
| 14 | | (3) the number of participants who completed the program |
| 15 | | successfully
during the preceding year; and |
| 16 | | (4) the number of participants who did not complete the |
| 17 | | program successfully
during the preceding year.
