and in consideration of $1 paid to the |

deed to the following described real |
| 8 | | property for the purpose of tourism and hospitality |
| 9 | | development, to wit:

| 10 | | All of Lots 7, 8 and 11 in Eastport Plaza First Addition, |
| 11 | | according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 52 |
| 12 | | Page 130 of the Recorder's Office of Madison County, |
| 13 | | Illinois.
|
| 14 | | Excepting therefrom that part of Lot 11 conveyed to W. A. |
| 15 | | Dilow III and Linda S. Dilow by deed recorded in Book 3394 |

| 3 | | (b) The quitclaim deed to the property described in |
| 4 | | Section 5 shall state on its face and be subject to the |
| 5 | | conditions that the real property shall be used by the City of |
| 6 | | Collinsville for the purpose of tourism and hospitality |
| 7 | | development and that if the real property is used for any |
| 8 | | purposes other than for the purpose of tourism and hospitality |
| 9 | | development, or if an attempt is made to sell the property, |
| 10 | | then title shall revert without further action to the State of |
| 11 | | Illinois.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.".
