AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4158 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4158 on page 1, 
3line 5, by replacing "Section 1-30" with "Sections 1-30 and 
41-90"; and
 
5on page 5, immediately below line 15, by inserting the 
6following:

 
7    "(765 ILCS 160/1-90)
8    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2022)
9    Sec. 1-90. Compliance with the Condominium and Common 
10Interest Community Ombudsperson Act. Every common interest 
11community association, except for those exempt from this Act 
12under Section 1-75, must comply with the Condominium and 
13Common Interest  Community Ombudsperson Act  and is subject to 
14all provisions of the Condominium and Common Interest  
15Community Ombudsperson Act. This Section is repealed January 
161, 2024 July 1, 2022.

14Ombudsperson Act. This Section is repealed January 1, 2024 
15July 1, 2022.
