SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $13,687,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to be used to award grants under the Behavioral Health Receiving Center Grant Pilot Program. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $13,687,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to be used to award grants under the Behavioral Health Receiving Center Grant Pilot Program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
