SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $318,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for a water rates report. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $318,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the water rates report under Section 115 of the University of Illinois Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
