2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3714, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
42, as follows:


 
5on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Section 4.32 and by adding 
6Section 4.41" with "Sections 4.32 and 4.37"; and
 
7on page 2, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:
 
8    "(5 ILCS 80/4.37)
9    Sec. 4.37. Acts and Articles repealed on January 1, 2027. 
10The following are repealed on January 1, 2027:
11    The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act.

12    The Illinois Optometric Practice  Act of 1987.
13    Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, XVII, XXXI,

14XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois Insurance Code.

15    The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act.
