| 1 | AN ACT concerning regulation.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | adding Section 370d.1 as follows: | ||||||
| 6 | (215 ILCS 5/370d.1 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 370d.1. Group policies; chambers of commerce. | ||||||
| 8 | Companies that issue group policies of accident and health | ||||||
| 9 | insurance under this Article must offer such policies to local | ||||||
| 10 | chambers of commerce.
