| 4 | | Section 5. The Home Inspector License Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 10-5 as follows:

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)

| 8 | | Sec. 10-5. Standards of practice. All persons licensed |

must comply with standards of professional home |
