SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health's Office of Women's Health and Family Services to be used for purposes of school-based/linked health centers. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health's Office of Women's Health and Family Services to be used for purposes of school-based/linked health centers.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
