| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Plumbing License Law is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 26 as follows:

All final administrative decisions of the

be subject to judicial review |
| 9 | | pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative
Review Law, |

| 11 | | adopted pursuant thereto. The term "administrative decision" |

as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. |
