| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 1 as follows:

For the the purposes of this Act the terms set out |
| 8 | | in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 2 |
| 9 | | have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
