AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1818

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1818, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

    "Section 5. The sum of $329,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for an initial full year's implementation of all of the rate methodology recommendations contained within the Illinois Developmental Disabilities Services Rate Study Regarding Residential Services and Related Supports.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.”.
