| 3 | | line 2, by inserting ":" after "apply"; and

| 4 | | on page 2, line 6, by replacing "meeting." with the following: |
| 5 | | "meeting; and whenever the person speaking at an open meeting |
| 6 | | of the public body is also under consideration for appointment |
| 7 | | to a government position by that public body. |
| 8 | | (c) This Act creates no claims for damages or other relief |
| 9 | | for violations of this Act.".
