1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended |
5 | | by changing Section 801-25 as follows:
|
6 | | (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)
|
7 | | Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the
the Authority shall |
8 | | require the approval
of
at least 8 members. All meetings of the |
9 | | Authority and the Advisory Councils
shall be conducted in |
10 | | accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the |
11 | | Authority shall constitute a quorum. Except as otherwise |
12 | | authorized in the Open Meetings Act, all meetings shall
be |
13 | | conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum |
14 | | of members physically present at this location. Other members |
15 | | who are not physically present at this location may |
16 | | participate in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of |
17 | | a video or audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct |
18 | | financial audits
and program audits of the Authority, in |
19 | | accordance with the Illinois State
Auditing Act. |
