| 5 | | Act is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than |
| 8 | | one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 9 | | 102nd General Assembly, railroads owning more than 5% of land |
| 10 | | in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation |
| 11 | | District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the |
| 12 | | District's Watershed Management Ordinance.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.".
