| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 3. House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General Assembly |
| 5 | | is amended, if and only if that bill becomes law, by adding |
| 6 | | Section 99 as follows:

| 7 | | (H.B. 1175, 102nd G.A., Sec. 99 new)

| 8 | | Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General |
| 9 | | Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this |
| 10 | | amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly (House Bill 722 |
| 11 | | of the 102nd General Assembly).

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law. |
