Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to the Ida B. Wells Commemorative Art Committee. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to the Ida B. Wells Commemorative Art Committee.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
