SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $30,000,000 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Illinois Department of Public Health for the purpose of making Local Health Protection Grants to Certified Local Health Departments. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $30,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Illinois Department of Public Health for the purpose of making Local Health Protection Grants to Certified Local Health Departments.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
